PILE THICKNESS SURVEY
We Diving Task in Hong Kong offer the following services:
We conduct observations and perform thickness measurements of submerged piles to assess their condition. This assessment will determine if any repairs or restoration are necessary.
Our work includes cleaning the pile at each measurement point and taking direct readings with underwater thickness measurement equipment. To gain a clearer view of the pile's condition, additional cleaning equipment is employed. Additionally, a general visual inspection is carried out during the survey.
The Ultrasonic Measuring Device is designed to measure the remaining thickness of submerged steel members. It works by sending a sound wave through the steel member to its back face. The sound wave then reflects back to the device through the steel.
